This has been pre-shrunk during the dye process as very hot water and dryers are used to ensure the dye will not bleed on your clothing when you launder them at home!

Wash your item in cold water, inside out with like colors. Hang or tumble dry. Do not use bleach or fabric softener to ensure colors stay bright!

At Big Dye Country, we pride ourselves on our rinse out and washing techniques. No item made at Big Dye Country will bleed on your other clothes when laundered per these instructions:

For 70-100% Cotton Items:

• Upon your first wash, wash the item inside out on its own in cold water. Tumble or hang dry.
• After the first wash, launder with like colors inside out. Tumble or hang dry.
• Do not use bleach, stain removers, or fabric softener on your tie dye. This will cause discoloration or make the item look more muted in tones. 

For Rayon or Silk items:

• Upon your first wash, wash the item inside out on its own in cold water. Hang dry.
• After the first wash, launder with like colors inside out, ideally in a laundry bag. Hang dry.
• Do not use bleach, stain removers, or fabric softener on your tie dye. This will cause discoloration or make the item look more muted in tones.

• First and most cost effective for all of us, BigDyeCountry offers free domestic shipping on orders over $75!
• If you do not make the $75 order minimum, shipping is based on weight and starts at $7.90 for packages between 0.1-3.99 lbs.
• Shipping is $12.90 for packages 4-19.99 lbs.
• Shipping is $19.90 for packages 20 lbs+.

Returns

• General Products
• Ready-made products are available for return or exchange.  You have 30 days from the date of your purchase to return the item in its original form (we take photos prior to items leaving Big Dye Country so we are aware of the original condition of all items if there is a dispute).  Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility. If you would like Big Dye Country to send you a return label, email big.dye.country@gmail.com. The total of your shipping label will be deducted from your purchase price for the item upon Big Dye Country's receipt of the item. The remainder may be used as credit on the site for your exchange OR sent back to your in your original form of payment. 
• Semi-Custom Orders
• Semi-custom orders are available for store credit only.  You have 30 days from the date of your purchase to return the item in its original form upon receipt.  Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility. The total of your label will be deducted from your purchase price for the item upon Big Dye Country's receipt of the item used as credit on the site for your exchange.
