Custom Orders

For custom ice-dyed orders contact us at big.dye.country@gmail.com.  We can chat and make your dream a reality! 

• Custom orders can take up to 3-4 weeks to complete (not including shipping).
• Custom sweatshirts/hoodies/pants start at $80 and adult t-shirts at $45, and child t-shirts and baby onesies at $30 not including shipping. Other items are also available, however prices will vary. This process includes potential for multiple email or voice call consultations. Be ready to chat so I can get a good feel for what you are looking to create.
• I only take 10 custom orders a month and those slots fill up quickly. Plan accordingly!
• Custom orders can only be returned for store credit only.  To avoid returns, know your clothing size, keep in contact with me via email to check on progress (keep in mind the 3-4 week completion timeline), discuss colors/mood/style in depth in communications. Stay flexible! Ice dyes are not an exact science! Your item will be ONE of a KIND!
• Custom orders must be paid in full before work begins on the item.
