Ready-made items may be returned up to 30 days after purchase at the purchasers shipping expense. Contact info@bigdyecountry.com for a return label (the amount of the return label will be deducted from the original purchase price, however Big Dye Country does receive reduced shipping rates) or purchase your own label and send the item back for a full refund.

Returns for semi-custom and custom orders may be returned up to 30 days after purchase for store credit only.
